As a member of US Youth Soccer, Utah Soccer will adopt the School Year Registration cycle beginning Fall 2026. In alignment—and to remain in full compliance—with Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA), Ogden Soccer Club will also transition to this School Year Registration cycle, which runs August 1 – July 31, starting with the Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 seasons.
This change replaces the previously communicated September 1 – August 31 timeline.
To help families understand how this affects player placement, US Soccer has created a Player Age Group Formation Tool that identifies a player’s age group under both the current and new systems. You may also use the chart below to determine your player’s age group for the Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 seasons.
